Penasquitos Youth Soccer
Association would like to extend an invitation to your team to
participate in our 15th annual summer tournament. The
tournament will be held in the community of Rancho Penasquitos,
20 miles north of San Diego. We offer both Gold and Silver
brackets to allow all levels of play to experience the best of
competition. We expect over 200 teams this year. |

Eligibility: |
Open to
all Affiliated CYSA, USYSA, FIFA, AYSO teams. All teams must
provide laminated player ID cards, with photograph, medical
release forms and a completed roster at the mandatory check-in.
All teams coming from outside of CYSA-S must submit (3)
copies of the USYSA travel forms and comply with USYSA Travel
procedures. A maximum of (4) loan players will be allowed.
Rosters for U9 and U10 will be limited to 14 players. Rosters
for U11 and above will be limited to 18 players. |

Games: |
Each team
will play a minimum of three (3) games. |
|
Awards: |
Each participating player will
receive a Premier Classic participation pin. 1st and 2nd place
teams of each division will be awarded finalist medals. In
addition, a team trophy will be awarded to the "Championship
Team". |

Entry Fees: |
$475
for U9-10 and $550 for U11-19 |
|
Registration: |
Teams not accepted will receive
a full refund. Teams withdrawing after the entry deadline will
forfeit the entire fee. In the event of a cancellation of the
tournament, all teams will receive a full refund. |

Entry Deadline: |
July 1st
REMEMBER – The age groups are for
the 2008-2009 season. For
example -If you played U10 last year, you will play U11 in the
Premier Classic this year.

Please start the
application process by clicking the registration button and
completing a simple on-line form and creating your own User ID
and Password. The User ID and Password can be used to access
your application information any time. Take as long as you need
to complete your application because you have the ability to
return and finish it at a later date. Only after submitting the
application are you required to pay the appropriate Tournament
fee.
Please note; your application is not deemed complete until both
the application has been submitted and your registration fees
paid. Entry deadline is July 1st. |
