PQ Premier is one of the largest and most comprehensive community-based programs in the region.  Teams play locally and regionally, and participate in numerous tournaments including the Presidio, State and National Cups. PQ Premier provides a safe environment that encourages a love of and respect for the game of soccer. Our first priority is player education and development. PQ Premier’s professional staff gives players the best opportunities to develop individual soccer skills, while at the same time teaching sportsmanship, dedication, teamwork and a healthy lifestyle. Parents MUST sign a release form before players can participate.  Release forms (.doc)(.pdf) are required for every player.

WE WILL FORM AT LEAST TWO EXCEPTIONAL TEAMS IN EACH AGE GROUP

Please report 15-30 minutes before your scheduled tryout time to register. Parents MUST sign a release form before players may participate in the tryouts. Forms will also be available at the field. Bring water, shinguards, cleats and a ball. Shinguards are MANDATORY! Please plan to attend all tryouts, including call-back times.

Black Mountain Ranch Park (14700 Carmel Valley Rd):
* From I-5 take the 56 East to Camino Del Sur and turn left (north). Take Camino Del Sur to Carmel Valley Rd and go right (east). Park is about 1 1/2 miles down on left hand side.
* From the 15 take the 56 West to Black Mountain Rd. Turn right on Black Mtn. Rd. (north), take that until it dead ends at Carmel Valley Rd. and turn right, park is on left.

Westview High School (13500 Camino del Sur):
* From I-5 take the 56 East to Camino Del Sur.  Turn left on Camino Del Sur (north), The school is on the left.
* From I-15 take the 56 West to Camino Del Sur.  Turn right on Camino Del Sur (north), the school is on the left.  Stadium is located on the South end of the school. 

Mt. Carmel High Stadium (9950 Carmel Mountain Rd):
* From I-5 take the 56 East to Black Mountain Road and turn left (north). Take Black Mountain Rd to Carmel Mountain Rd and go right (east). School is about 1/2 mile up on the left hand side.
* From I-15 take the 56 West to Black Mountain Rd. Turn right on Black Mountain. Rd (north). Take Black Mountain Rd to Carmel Mountain Rd and go right (east). School is about 1/2 mile up on the left hand side.
Stadium is located at the East end of the parking lot.

South Village Park (14756 Via Azul):
*South Village Park is located at 14756 Via Azul in Santaluz.  Via Azul is located off Camino del Sur between Carmel Valley Road and San Dieguito Road.

Willow Grove Elementary School (14727 Via Azul):
*Willow Grove Elementary School is located at 14727 Via Azul in Santaluz.  Via Azul is located off Camino del Sur between Carmel Valley Road and San Dieguito Road. NOTE: Please do not park in the front of the school on the curb - also known as the 'bus loop'.

The PQ Premier coaching staff, led by the Director of Coaching will conduct the try-outs. Two to three try-outs may be scheduled for each age group. A coach may need to hold an additional "call-back" if necessary. Player selection will then be made by the coach assigned to that team after consulting with the Director of Coaching. Selection will be based on evaluations gathered from the staff present at try-outs and other player evaluations and recommendations. If a player attends two try-out sessions, a PQ Premier coach will notify him/her of the try-out results. If needed, players may be added to the roster after the team has been formed pending the approval of the coach and Director of Coaching.
